Unfortunately also a little melancholy.

You're all ace, irrespective of social politics. Sorry I missed the Wendyhouse and all other events besides.
I'd like to let you all know that I've totally not forgotten about you, and request you to contact me by my mobile at the soonest opportunity so I can, like, insert myself back into your social groups at the earlist opportunity. I do miss you guys. I've just been far too busy getting a life within work and with my old school friends (both of whom I value greatly).
I guess my main problem is that I live with two people who don't drink alcohol. I miss drinking partners and house parties and all-night benders. I don't really care that I'm putting on a bit of a gut. I just need some regular social contact.
