Almost forgot!
I'm going to Germany in a couple of weeks! Our parent company makes equivalent products to ours in a German plant, and there's always been some degree of cooperation between us in order to develop new products. A project I've been working on involves improving a manufacturing method for a product intended for production solely in their facility. I've gotten it to the point where we can do it reliably on our production line, and now that they've installed the equipment, they're asking for some help with startup.
At first it was going to be a one-day visit, but my boss is asking for several more days so that I can see the whole facility and meet some of the key people there. From what he tells me, nearly all the women who work there are young, svelte, attractive, and intelligent. Sounds like my kinda place. ;)
It'll be my first trip outside the country, so I'm a little nervous, but I'm looking forward to it!
