In a recent speech, George W. Bush said the "fundamental debate" about global warming is: "is it man-made or natural?"

um. right.

in the same passage, he calls for more drunk driving:

well, actually... he's right. That is the fundamental debate, and that finally allows and end to the patently false claim that the world isn't getting warmer. Only tidbit is, it's not much of a debate, even if that's where the debate is.
