summer has come and passed.....
only one more week until i have to go back to school....where did the summer go?!

yesterday was my last day of work. even though i was stuck inside all summmer, i really did have some fun there...the people were fun and i don't think a day passed there where we didn't laugh....a lot.

tomorrow peter and i are going up to vancouver (bc) for the night. i'm really excited for that.......

went to a german bar the other day with some people i haven't seen in years....and it actually made me miss austria a little bit.....or maybe just made me feel nostalgic about it. i still don't really have any desire to go back to vienna any time soon....there are just too many other places i want to visit first.

saw "march of the penguins" yesterday.....AMAZING cinematography! cute story as well....BUT i don't think i have EVER been to a movie where there was such an endless amount of chatter from the audience!! man! my brother and his girlfriend kept making side comments next to me (their's was fairly quiet though), then there were some little kids in front of us that kept asking their dad questions and wandering around the theater (which was a little annoying.....but they were little kids and it was kind of a long, slow moving movie, so i can't really be too annoyed...they were just being kids)....but then there were the two ladies sitting to our left where SO loud!! making comments about EVERYTHIING and having full, outloud conversations! gah! SO annoying!!!!!
the movie also made me want to vist antartica and see the penguines...that and the fact that one of my mom's friends just got back from this tour in which they actually did get to go there....i think that would be fun........but maybe a tad too cold
