Not knowing how to use an apostrophe should ban you from ever having any kind of job in media. Grammar on AP stories has been getting worse and worse and it's so saddening when you consider that it and Reuters are the two major sources of text reporting for world events in Western media outlets. (To the best of my estimation.)
If AP writers can't write for crap, how can we be sure they're being at all accurate?
