Content generator goodness!

Rules: once you've been tagged, you have to write an entry stating 6 odd or interesting things about yourself.
Then tag 6 new people to continue the game. There will be no further assignment of this content generator. It's just too embarressing watching people refer to these content generators as "Memes". Like, you're watching the worst sit-com ( Read more... )

Which bikes did you see and like the most - see in person or online?

*goes off to wonder if I am human or which environment I ought to be living in, so as not to be helped by your environmentalistism*

Freecycle has bikes show up reasonably regularly.

I'm thinking of getting something very nice this time round, and cheap bikes, well, I destroy them. Utterly.
Then people who are really into bikes get annoyed with me for somehow wrecking such destruction upon them.

But then you'd at least have something to tide you over until you got a good one, no?

That's also a good point, in the fall there is a huge clear out event where you can find a really good deal... you take your chances finding exactly what you want but the prices are usually worth it - but that isn't until October.

How about charities that reduce human suffering and human birth rates?

Only if indirectly.
I mean, I support the David Suzuki Foundation, and they promote education and birth control as a means to lowering greenhouse gas emmitions.
I know, it approches ironic that for my goals to be realized, human suffering will have to be reduced as part of the plan, I reconcile myself that that is a secondary to tertiary element though, as that's the closest I'll get.
Can't win em all after all, but I can focus where I want to.
