I've heard a few songs by X, after a tad bit of research I found out about hide. At first I though he was woman. ha

The song Joker is pretty good. Actually I think that is the only X Japan song I've heard.

As far as J rock goes, the only time I hear music from Japan is from online radio. And usually I never get to know who is playing because it's all in Japanese.
