Sims2 Angel Sanctuary Picture Post!
I've been wanting to make a Sims2 picture dump for ages, so here it is. There's so much gorgeous custom content available! This set of pictures is from one of my Angel Sanctuary families, one of the first sets I've made after discovering Bodyshop (instead of the full-screen CAS). It's clumsy (I wasn't intending to do anything resembling a story format) and the 'title image' edit is the first time I've used a PS-esque program to edit anything, but I'm so fond of this game.Which is now conveniently not installed, so all I can do is ogle what I've already played.
Childhood holdover from when I was playing with barbies?
+ this is the first family where I've made a reasonable number of screenshots. I've played the CAS-made Yami no Matsuei and Phantom cast before it (love love love those character), but barely made any pictures.

Anyway,
Presenting: Katan, with cutely green hair, Alexiel and her brother Rosiel. Who I made every but as feminine as the game allowed me to. Erm.
What was I thinking putting the three of them together? Well, mainly that Katan is hot. And that I wanted to put Kurai with Setsuna and not have Setsuna and Alexiel in the same family, so it was either have her (Alec) on her own, or with family. (And Lucifer was already taken with Mad Hatter for the Satan Family.) She wasn't even supposed to be alive exist, but having four Sims with roughly the same face (Alec, Rosiel, Setsuna and his sister) was just too tempting.
It's not like I actually needed to have them interact. I was planning to put Alexiel in a pretty flower-garden reminiscent of Eden, but the end-result looked more like grandma's overgrown garden. Oh well. It still was a nice place to-
-die.
(I'm hoping she'll come back as a ghost). But how to kill a Sim? They're surprisingly resilient and looking at flowers and fountains apparently counts as 'fun'.
Anyway, her brother and Katan are more fun to spy on while she's slowly prettily rotting away in her room.
I can't decide which one of them looks less of the opposite gender. They don't even have genitalia.
Them being who they are, it took about as long as I needed to 'moveobjects on' Alexiel to her prison for them to flirt-
-and think about each other. Awww.
Then the neighbours came over to welcome them to the neighborhood. And it's awesome that despite them living just as close to the Satan's and despite the game usually not picking actual neighbors as much as sims from the other side of town, they were visited by characters who might visit them canonically.
Rosiel is playing pool with Uriel and Raphael is watching. Jailbait Michael couldn't come over because the game thinks him underage and the anti-any-form-of-special-powers-except-what-we-allow-you barrier over Riverblossom Hill keeps him from convincing them otherwise. (YYH's Hiei has the same problem.)
Raphael: "You have a horrible taste in books. Besides, I prefer a more... hands-on approach."
Jibril: "I've never met a genie myself, but what could they possibly do that a well-placed cheat we couldn't?"
I also attempted a bit of romance on Alec's side, so she wouldn't die a virgin. Of course, it was a cop-out and used far too many cheats for my liking, but-
-at least it was vaguely canon.
Later,
Rosiel washes the dishes (I KNOW) naked, dresses, and proceeds to stare menacingly at the TV. At least, until Katan appears-
-and decides to draw his portrait.
"...Katan, you suck."
"...my apologies, master."
"Your feeble words could hardly appease me."
"Then-"
"...get rid of that ugly thing first."
"Master, let me impress my regret to having inadvertently insulted you with-"
"No, you are not getting any tonight. And I'm leaving."
"Wait!"
"...you may try."
"You have done well. You are forgiven."
"I thank you."
Meanwhile, over in the garden:

"I wish I had a bat. Something. Anything. So I can crack those windows. I wish Father would get me out of here. Or even Lucifer. Anyone..."
