I was so excited to see this that I read it on my phone at work, since they stupid IT department won't let me get to FF.net or LJ anymore.

This is every kind of wonderful, long, elegant and beautifully realized.

I can't wait to see what happens next, but I will because the wait is always worth it!.

Also I'd love to have Rachel's frog eating toilet dream! Take that sun zu!

LOL, my phone won't load my chapters. They're too big. :P Anyway, I'm glad you think the wait is worth it. I try to get things done as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality... and sometimes that takes a while. So thanks for sticking around.

To be honest, Rachel's dream is one I had when I was young, lol. It's still one of the weirdest things I've ever envisioned, so I couldn't help but include it.

Thanks for reading and reviewing. :D

Hi Katie,

Glad to see an update! I really enjoyed this chapter with the interaction between House and Rachel. Looking forward to your next update.

Hey! Of course I remember you. I was actually wondering the other day why you'd deleted your journal, lol. Anyway, I'm glad you like the chapter. Thanks for taking the time to review. :D

Yes! Another update! Definitely worth the wait. I love how delicately and realistically you deal with Rachel. Her five year old logic is so... true. And I love that you brought up the shark again and that Rachel attached herself to House and then the big winner of Rachel admitting that she cares about him. Big yes to that. Love the banter between House and Cuddy at the beginning, love that House was trying in his own way to comfort her and Cuddy eventually caved. I just love all of this. I cannot wait for the next chapter to see the fallout of House leaving.

Thank you. I'm glad you like Rachel's thought process, because I do try to make it as realistic and child-like as possible So it's nice to know that it feels right to you. Thanks for taking the time to read and review. :)

OH I HAVE MISSED THIS SO! I'VE BEEN WAITING AND WAITING AND THEN HEE OUT OF THE BLUE THERE IT IS! PERFECT TIMING AS WELL BECAUSE IT WAS MY DAY OFF!

I love the direction of this chapter because you know I love it when you explore the House/Rachel relationship. And as always I love the House/Cuddy conversations you construct. I love that you understand them so well and what they're thinking exactly. My favorite part is where Cuddy tries her best not to be the girl that needs comforting but lets House comfort her anyways. I can't wait for the next one! Especially considering where you've left the story!

Sorry it's taken me so long to post, but I do try to get everything up as soon as possible, lol. I'm glad you're enjoying the direction I'm taking, especially with the House/Rachel relationship. I definitely plan on exploring that a lot more, so it's good to know someone's interested in hearing about it. :P Thanks for taking the time to read and review. It means a lot. :)

This story continues to be riveting. Rachel seems so realistic (not phony cute the way most children are written) and both House and Cuddy's thought process rings true to me.

As usual, the sex is extremely hot too. I am sure you know that but I thought I'd throw that in. :)

Thank you. Phony cute makes me twitch, so I try to write child characters with a modicum of realism. It's nice to hear that I might have done that. And it's always nice to know that the sex is hot, :D Thanks for reading and reviewing.
