(no subject)
back in texas after my week long trip to colorado. actually i got back super early yesterday and then slept and lazed about all day yesterday. but i'm back at work, so...
colorado was fun. i spent the first few days in delta with dad and mary. roamed around the mountains a bit, played with farm animals, went to the casino and learned to shoot guns. not in that order though. dad is a crazy mountain driver, so i think i'll be staying away from mountain roads for a while now. the yaris did great on the trip, though he was a trooper chugging up those mountain passes. when i was in denver i stayed at jayson's (thanks!) and bummed around. died on the titanic. checked out the new building at the art museum. had some strong margaritas. learned that i don't like boulder anymore. hung out with my grandma and aunt nancy. saw a really bad comedian. ate yummy foods. made friends with some cats.
i could go into it more, but i'm kind of busy at the moment. things on the homefront are so so. it's nice to be home again, but i really need to clean my house. i think jason and i are going to the soccer game tonight so that should be fun. i have an interview on thursday for a new position at my company. i'm not expecting too much, but we'll see. and once again people are acting all weird cause they're hanging out with a guy i used to sleep with. which is kind of offending me -- not that they're hanging out with him (cause all that shit is under the bridge now), but that they're being sneaky about it. thanks for the faith and friendship guys!
