I am working off the presumption that these are carefully thought out answers, which may not be safe, since my own standards for answering surveys (even voluntary “entertainment purposes only” ones, such as this) tend to be stricter than most people’s.

The Nohari window feedback has been more intriguing and insightful, in my case. I see: cynical, impatient, insensitive, and self-satisfied (Facades?), while some of you see: timid, irresponsible, lethargic, withdrawn, needy, ignorant, childish, imperceptive, chaotic, embarrassed, panicky, predictable, unreliable, and foolish (Blind Spots?). I can see how almost all of these could apply to me, but was more surprised about, and am giving more thought to: withdrawn, needy, imperceptive, and unreliable.

Thanks for the feedback and clarifications. Many of the Nohari choices seem to need clarification, since they don’t apply “all the time.” Of course, lots of the Johari options might not apply to someone all the time either, but since they’re positive, who cares?

I still have more of these to fill out for Matt, Kate, others? I’ll do that as soon as possible.

If you ever want to hash those thoughts out over the phone, gimme a call anytime! :)
