Absolute emotional roller coaster tonight that I don't even want to explain. Suffice to say that it started with the news that Leon's mom is about to die and led to me feeling absolutely miserable in ways I don't understand

I think it's totally understandable for you to be upset about Leon's mom, and I absolutely get one upsetting event triggering a general upset episode. I haven't been the same since my grandpa died, sometimes stuff like that just affects you in ways you wouldn't have anticipated.

I have a suggestion about Chris...maybe you should block and delete him from skype? That way, at least if you feel the urge to talk to him, it's more effort and gives you more time to think about it. And the same goes for the phone...maybe delete his number so you are less tempted to text? I know that probably sounds really harsh, I am just trying to think of things to help you get past this if you really don't want to talk to him.

Also, I know we're not contacts on skype, but you're welcome to add me and chat whenever you want. My skype is CrystalJeBay.
