My Unfortunate Accessory
Today I'm wearing a cheap belt that came with a pair of cropped jeans I've had for 2 or 3 years. The loop on the front of the belt broke a couple of weeks ago and it sort of sticks out a little bit, but I am wearing it anyway, because as I lose weight, I need a belt to keep up my loose-and-becoming-looser jeans.
I've tried tucking the loop back into the little crease where it belongs, and today I'm wearing a shirt that comes down past my hips, so I pulled it over my belt and concluded that the problem was hidden.
Not so! I just caught my reflection in the bathroom mirror and the loop is standing at attention, holding the fabric of my shirt out a few inches from my body. Basically, it looks like I have an erection.
It's funny, because I thought all of the men staring at me when I went out for lunch were on account of me having taken the time to put on a full face of makeup this morning. I guess they were really just admiring my package.
