Yesterday, I finished Something Wicked This Way Comes by Ray Bradbury.
I really love his books. I read The Halloween Tree every year at Halloween and watched the movie as well. I still look the movie up on youtube to watch it, even if it is in sections.
I'd like to get more books of his, if possible.
My finances aren't looking so awesome right now, I really need to get myself disciplined into saving money. I have a book buying issue. Yeah, let's blame it on that.
I now have 7 penpals! Which is awesome. I have this weekend off, so I think I'm going to spend the evening writing letters back to 3 of them and a first letter to one of them.
Rosie is just lazing about like it is her job. Until she hears a bump from the neighbors next door, then she scares the life out of me with a bark/howl. She is a good girl.
This week, I've been so lazy and it is totally unacceptable. I live in a house with 2 other people. I didn't finish the dishes like I was supposed to, I need to clean and sort through some stuff from Ryan's dad's house, and because I was in a mood, we didn't sit down and plan our meals for this week. If we're going to live in a collective house someday, Ryan & I both need to get in the mindset of being other-oriented.
Other things.... hmmm... about to start reading Even Cowgirls Get the Blues & Another Roadside Attraction from Tom Robbins. Hoping they are both good... I can never just read one book at a time.
