(no subject)
I am sitting here, avoiding my tedious data entry job. Who doesn't love making a client database? Woot Excel for all. I haven'tposted a big update entry inawhile. So here are the basics
+I have a job...(let me qualify that to say that I am doing AmeriCorps, so it isn't really a job so much as it is a professional volunteer position.)
-Job (such as it is) does not start until August 28th.
-(x2)My lack of money has forced me to work part time for my mother at her law office. This is painful.
+Money!
-Not a lot of money
+Harry Potter comes out tomorrow.
+Everyone is out to lunch so I can update and avoid the above mentioned data entry job
In other news.My father was not injured on Wednesday He works right by the frozen zone and was actually on 41st at a bar when it happened. He's fine. He called right when it happened and was like screaming at me to turn on the t.v. and there was nothing on. This went on for like 10 minutes of me waiting for them to break in. It was creepy. But he's fine. He even got home at a decent hour. Grand Central stayed open and all the trains ran. It's troubling though that what they (the mega news corporations and the government) are saying to calm people is that it was just a major failure of infrastructure. So it wasn't terrorism, it stopped working on its own. I really can't figure out which one freaks me out more.
So well that is all I've really got to say.
