Instead of bothering to write about how I felt about episode 3 of the HanaKimi J-drama myself - you know, and actually have to think of something relevant - I decided to just to link to calledinvain's hilarious review instead.

Watched episode 2 of HanaKimi last night even though I had to open at Starbucks this morning (and thus only got 2 hours of sleep), but it was so worth it!

Episode 1 got me interested in watching the rest of the series, but episode 2 sealed the deal. I am hooked. I love, love, love this J-drama!

So. Watched the first episode of the new J-drama Hanazakari no Kimitachi e ~Ikemen Paradise~ (aka HanaKimi), based on the manga of the same name.

It stars Oguri Shun (think Hanazawa Rui from the Hana Yori Dango J-drama) as Sano Izumi, Horikita Maki as Ashiya Mizuki, and Ikuta Toma (he played Junpei in episode 1 of HYD 2) as Nakatsu Shuichi.

Just read chapter 1 of the Kimi Wa Petto manga, and so far it's pretty good. Certainly not what I expected when I first saw the series a few years back under the English title of Tramps Like Us. (I really don't know what they were thinking when they chose that.)

So, finally had some time to sit down and start watching Hana Yori Dango 2.
