(no subject)
I tried on the same costume I bought online today at the Halloween Express...and it doesn't fit right. It's too big! :( I'm pretty upset. I'm thinking when it gets here maybe I can grab my sewing stuff and make a few alterations...otherwise the fucker is going to go right back on ebay so I can make some cash to buy a different costume.
It's not MY fault, I measured myself and used their size chart and it told me to buy a large. Apparantly I'm really a medium. Whatever..Just annoying that I can't return/exchange the thing. I should know better than to buy things I can't try on. I mean, really. Dumb me.
Also I just feel like asking why do most Halloween costumes suck so much? Half the ones for men are just gag costumes that look like they should be sold only at places Spencers. And half the ones for females are just strings and lace that should be sold only at Nancy's Nook. Not to mention how poor quality they are all...shitty fabric and construction and then they wanna charge you a ridiculous price for it. :/
Oh well, this is why I'm planning EARLY this year! So that these problems don't hit me at the last minute haha
