i've so many girlfriends who are about to sign their lives away.. ahem.. be 'joined' together as 'one'.. coughs.. well.. are getting married or have already signed their singlehood away.. ahem.. are married.. the kind of topics that these girlfriends often raised are about houses, jobs, children.. and i happen to be enlightened by alot of information.. like how certain neighbours are highly priced than others.. how resale flats versus new flats are better (or vice versa).. mannn.. when i was casually telling one gf here (she's 22) that her area is quite highly priced and she went "err.. is it? i dunno leh.." hahaha.. man.. it was a smack on my face.. a light smack of cos.. she didnt mean to be rude.. cos fact is she really didnt noe.. couldnt blame her for her ignorance.. cos if i wasnt fed with all those value info abt hdbs in certain areas, i wouldnt have known as well! i would be as ignorant as she was..

at least i know alot of things which makes me less ignorant than others.. haha..
