I started rereading Fairy Tail and am up to chapter 24 and I'm sad because I'm very very sure it's gonna fall into generic shonen cliche soon enough. Right now it's perfect: fun characters, humor, and the battles are at a decent length of 3-4 chapters each. That's fine. I love it as it is, no need to change. ...Er, well, character development is always welcome.
...I really, really hope it doesn't devolve like Bleach did, and spend 100+ chapters on one arc/battle.
