Anyone have some easy to make, preferably healthy-ish recipes? They just can't use specific ingredients like Rice-A-Roni or cream of whatever soup. I definitely can't find that first here, but I might be able to find soups, just need some looking

Crush a bunch of cheez-its. Dip chicken breasts in sour cream. Coat with crushed cheez-its. Place a stick of butter in a 9 x 13 pan. Place in 350 degree oven until butter is melted. Put chicken in pan. Cover with foil. Cook until chicken breasts are done (30 min + depending on how thick the cuts are).
What do you need the recipes for? :o

And I have an oven now, and wanna actually start learning to cook things other than, uh, stir-fry and scrambled eggs.
