I just tried this one stuffed pepper one I found online, and I rather liked it! If you like peppers, this is what I just made. Well, I halved it.

The cheez-it chicken is totally not healthy. But here you go!

Crush a bunch of cheez-its. Dip chicken breasts in sour cream. Coat with crushed cheez-its. Place a stick of butter in a 9 x 13 pan. Place in 350 degree oven until butter is melted. Put chicken in pan. Cover with foil. Cook until chicken breasts are done (30 min + depending on how thick the cuts are).

What do you need the recipes for? :o

Oooh that sounds deliciously unhealthy. <3 ...I shall have to find a 9x13 pan.

And I have an oven now, and wanna actually start learning to cook things other than, uh, stir-fry and scrambled eggs.

...Any easy dessert recipes what you might know?

One of my default recipes is sauteing up an onion or two, adding chicken thighs, and then seasoning with a little bit of pepper and whatever flavor of vinaigrette dressing I have to hand. As long as you keep a light hand with the dressing, it's quite healthy.
