(no subject)
Man I feel gypped. The main storm was last night where I missed it. Classes were delayed, not cancelled.
And in other news. Animorphs.
Just finished the David thing. Still not quite sure what I think about that solution, although I am hoping that that decision stays with them. Like the pain and horror of it don't just disappear or something.
That being said, I love love LOVE Ax, Marco and Tobias. I always wait anxiously for one of their books, especially for Ax. His voice is the most distinct among the kids, although it has been getting a bit better. The best thing about him is he doesn't name drop except for, like Cinnabon.
Gosh the name dropping bothers me.
Butbutbut so much love for those three. The others are good too, and I'm even feeling better towards Rachel after that last book. She never really clicked for me. And I was sooo happy when she thought "destroy" was a weasel-word because it is. Every single time they use it I grit my teeth. Of course then she kept using it later in the book anyway. *sigh* I know these are kids books but c'mon. Kids aren't stupid. And destroy, technically? Has deeper implications than kill, at least to me--to kill is one thing, but to destroy is to completely get rid of something. But it sounds so awkward, especially when someone like Ax uses it.
Also also I haven't read the Andalite Chronicles even though I could right yet, but I have theories. Regarding a certain bird-boy and a prince. They are more than likely way way wrong but still.
Next book is Tobias~ Oh I squee~
