Just an update
Hello everyone who reads this. Things have been rather hectic and strange lately. Weather is much too warm and I don't do well with heat. Has a tendency to make me ill. Hopefully it will cool off soon. Have all sorts of things that I would like to - and need to - do around home but just have not had much energy thanks to the heat making it difficult to sleep.
My daughter has started her new job and overall seems to be enjoying it. Hope it stays that way. Looking forward to her going back to school this fall and preparing for a better future for herself.
The most exciting news recently was from my son who called me from wherever the heck he is in Iraq to tell me that his wife is pregnant and due in March. He should be home by then. Hope everything goes smoothly for them as it will be different and not easy being apart during the pregnancy. Got a call from my daughter-in-law yesterday and overall she is doing well. Her father is not doing super great as he is having surgery this morning. I do hope he does ok and gets better soon.
Well, guess that is about all for now.
