Rain... and Life
Once again it is drizzling... Alaska's version of rain. Slow going on remodeling work... plus sorting stuff to donate and get rid of. Yard needs mowing desperately but too wet. Seems like for the last month that the weather has been really nice on the days I work but on my days off it has been rather on the damp side. Oh well... The good news is my son is coming home on Thursday night... finally!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And my daughter is graduating from high school on Friday!!!!!!!!! It will be so good to have the family together again. I know I say I'm looking forward to the empty nest syndrome but not really... I am enjoying watching my children grow and mature but I am not ready for them to leave the nest yet... just a little longer please. They are such wonderful young people... not that I'm prejudiced or anything... they really are wonderful.
