Just had an in class exam on PCR. It wasnt particuarly difficult but i lost my notes on PCR and so i only got 45 mins of revision in half way through the lecture while we were waiting for the experiment to work. Still at least i didnt haave time to forget what id revised!
My next lecture is at 1:00. Its biology of disease with peter wright who is probably the strangest lecturer we have - Why are all lecturers either boring or mad?
It snowed up here yesterday, well it snowed on and off while i was coming up and i had to turn off at newton aycliffe to do a delivery. I got to a roundabout and it was snowing so i didnt see the sign and had to guess where to go. Fortunately i chose the right way but it was a long country road with no street lights. Anyway im here now and i have a nice new scarf to keep me warm, which is a good thing cos its freezing this morning...i just hope that means its going to snow more. Theres something magical about snow it makes me feel happy and warm and excited. Its the same with rain in spring when you can smell it. I always feel like i could be in narnia when i smell that. Oh if only narnia were real....*starts daydreaming about narnia*
