Big Bang - Most Definitely Incredible!
(Yeah, I know I jacked some lyrics from Big Bang. But it's because I love them. <3)
Okay, so I just drew the most KICKASS Gerard pic EVER for my Bandom Big Bang wave two fic and I am ITCHING to share it. (AUTHOR, WHEREFORE ART THOU?) It just needs a moderate amount of cleaning up but the idea and the haphazard-ly thrown shadows are there. It is not what I usually do (I've been doing this "not what I usually do" thing so often lately, the notion of me doing things that I don't usually do should become what I usually do! If that made any sense...) but it's rather cool if I do say so myself. I hope you will like it when you see it, my anonymous author.
My wave two BBB fic is more of a food for thought kind of fic rather than entertainment, however not too long and not too short for the subject at hand (I actually finished reading it in a few hours!!). It suits me just fine, and I enjoyed it. *g* And the main thing is I got my idea down so I am feeling pretty confident right now. PS: What is society to think that they are the ones to set the universal standards of normalcy, indeed?
Sorry if the above does not make much sense, for I am doing it again: a secret letter to my author. I simply cannot resist when my author is anonymous, it drives me nuts but simultaneously it's very exciting to not know! So psst... if my author is secretly stalking my journal, feel free to contact me - or not. :P
ETA: If I'm feeling really adventurous, I may just pick up another BBB summary that I have my eye on. All I can hope for is that no one will pick it. XD
Meanwhile, in the Holmes Big Bang realm:
I am only halfway through reading my Holmes Big Bang (which is super lovely so far, definitely VERY believable as ACD verse, it really feels like Watson is narrating which is delightful and I do have a fancy for old English!) however my author forewarned me that they tend to have very precise images in their head of how scenes should look, which I am slightly worried about in case I am not able to deliver and end up disappointing my author instead. :( But I will try and work it out with them to the best of my abilities!
As a last note on Big Bangs, I've been on the search for a Doctor Who Big Bang but all communities that I've found appear to be dead. Woe! I really wanted to start dabbling in the Doctor Who fandom.
