Well, they did write her off last episode with the PB&J joke... And I'm guessing it got just too difficult to try and hide her pregnant belly. Or she had Satyana by then? I'm not entirely sure of the filming schedule...
I think I read somewhere that she and/or Cobie filmed scenes from at least the finale months ago to fit into the finale, but I could be mistaken... Other than that, I'd guess she's out for the rest of the season.

Episodes were shot out of order and Hannigan only appears in three of the five "HIMYM" episodes that close out the show's season-her scenes in Monday's outing, in the May 11 episode and in the May 18 season finale were shot months ago. (Not sure if you or others reading this comment consider them spoilers so being safe!)
Yup, Satyana. Rhymes with Tatiana, but with an S. Born on her birthday if you didn't know. (Also it means "a vehicle for action infused with the grace of spirit." It's Sanskrit.)
