Skins 3x01-3x06; Heroes 3x17; Dollhouse 1x03
Hi flist! I've seen what's aired of season 3 Skins. Here are some thoughts:
I think that's it? Did I leave anything out, people I've been talking about it on Twitter?
Still a bit unsure if I'll watch the first two seasons, but we'll see...
Oh and I saw Heroes 3x17. The "I've always been comfortable with morally grey." On the one hand, zomg it's a repeat of my favourite line ever! On the other, there are times when I think Heroes become pretty bad and to connect this ep with "Company Man"? Weak, man.
I don't have a lot to say on Dollhouse, but this episode felt a bit less contradictory. Topher was back to "himself." The main plot was fun and I liked that the episode was written by JMo.
Idk what else to say, fandom-wise...
Other than I keep wanting to change my layout, but Idk to what. And no time to really do it. D:
And also, thanks to rowanceleste for the tip, but apparently Weevil Navarro (IRL, Francis Capra.. aka "Jesse" from the beginning of S3 Heroes) will be guest starring on an episode of Nathan Fillion's new show Castle.
And that I've apparently seen 200 episodes of TV in 2009 now. 80% of it is totally new for me; 20% of it is "first time in 2009," which means the very first time I watched it, it wasn't 2009. But I rewatched it in 2009.
- Totes loving Naomi/Emily. OF COURSE.
- Panda/Thomas? Too adorable.
- So weird to see Ardal O'Hanlon as a perv since I know him from My Hero, this Britcom where he was this superhero and took things extremely literally.
- DID NOT LIKE PANDA LOSING HER VIRGINITY TO COOK. FAIL.
- Ahaha to the Freddie and Cook kiss. Was way too amused with that.
- Cook is such an arse, but he does have his moments. Like the kiss, which I already said, and the thing at the beginning when he put ketchup on his face to pretend he had been run over by Effy's dad.
- I can be a bit wishy washy on Effy/Freddie.
- Panda's mom? Insane. Ahaha to her doing it with the neighbor, however.
- I love that I have a new British redhead crush. Still a little bit pissed about E4 cancelling Sugar Rush.
