Name(s): Sasuke, Sakura Location: Dungeons Day: 5 Time: After dinner, before Sakura goes looking for Ino. Rating: Probably PG. Maybe PG-13, depending on the language.
Sasuke jumped back as Sakura nearly barreled into him. "Idiot!" he snapped, the word practically startled out of him. He might have said more (eh, probably not), but a fresh wave of pain rolled down his shoulders, and he grabbed at a spot of the left nape of his neck, wincing and swearing. Shitshitshitshit this isn't good.
"Don't call me an idiot!" Sakura snapped back, before taking in exactly what kind of a position Sasuke was in. "S-Sasuke-kun?" She reached out a hand to touch him, but thought better of it. "Sasuke, what's happening?" she asked, going for soothing and serious at the same time, dropping the suffix.
Sasuke propped himself against the wall, panting. "It's...noth--NNG!" He clutched harder. "...It's something," he conceded. His right hand covered a place on his neck while his left hand reached out to brace himself against the cool stone wall. Waves of pain dug into his back, down his spine. "He's...supposed...to be dead," he gasped to himself. "G-god damn it..."
Sakura bit her lip. She had known something was going on with Sasuke, but she hadn't asked because...well, she didn't think he'd tell her for a start, but she'd let him get distant and further away.
"Who's meant to be dead?" she asked quietly. "Sasuke...is there anything I can do? Get a teacher or..." She trailed off, feeling useless.
