Kristoph hadn't really expected to be involved in much of anything outside his classes Thursday and Friday, but here it was Saturday afternoon and he'd found himself invited to something akin to a tea party... or so some would call it. In reality, Kristoph was merely going to make a new acquaintance over a cup of tea. The days were seeming longer here, which was odd considering the amount of hours spent pouring over papers at the school wasn't nearly what he'd spent looking over case files. His sense of time was all kinds of skewed it would seem.
Regardless, at least it was the weekend and the most he would have to do today would be entertain someone he had yet to run into. At least there would be a calming liquid involved. Tea always seemed to make everything better and it had been quite a while since he'd been able to relax at all. Perhaps this would do him a little good.
Making his way down the hallways, Kristoph moved quietly and deliberately. As usual, his expression was both guarded and mostly friendly; the way he carried himself was confident, yet he didn't seem to want to put anyone out. Being good at hiding one's emotions was a good thing, useful. It had proven useful in the courtroom; it would prove the same level here, where gossip most likely ruled.
Arriving at the correct door, Kristoph paused for a moment to make sure everything was in proper order and that he knew generally what he was getting himself into before he reached up with his right hand and knocked firmly, though not enough to sound as though he were trying to break the door down. This would certainly be an interesting meeting.
