(Narrative)

Name(s): Rangiku (closed)
Location: Hallways, Rangiku's office
Day: 25
Time: Late evening (After her log with Sophie)
Notes: I wasn't sure how to do this as a journal because it seemed OOC, so here is a narrative. (As opposed to a log). Hope that is okay >.> ♥?

Having departed from Sophie's office, Rangiku spent no short length of time simply wandering Hogwarts hallways. She had some responsibility as a professor to do this from time to time, and on Valentine's Day it was probably better that she found any students up to antics than another professor... but if she was entirely honest, that wasn't the actual reason she had been strolling the halls.

Her conversation with Sophie had been somewhere between enlightening, finding out her friend's feelings for Howl, and bewildering, finding out that Ashe knew about those feelings. She couldn't believe that Ashe would do anything to hurt Sophie, ever, but even if she didn't know how to let Howl down gently Rangiku wasn't at ease with the way that it had to be making Sophie feel to see a good friend go on a date with someone she was interested with. It was a feeling she was well familiar with, and she had to say she didn't like it at all - even though, by this point, Rangiku was confident that Ashe didn't have feeling for Howl.

She sighed quietly as she opened the door to her office and walked over to her desk, placing down the bottle of sake that had accompanied her to visit Sophie. As she did so, she caught sight of the bag of hearts that she had received at breakfast. "True feelings, hmm?" Grabbing a few, she munched on them thoughtfully. It would be a shame not to put them to use, even if Ashe was caught up in being confused and didn't seem willing to talk to her at the moment. And was going on another date with Howl. If Rangiku Matsumoto was anything, she was persistent. At least in matters that interested her.

Pleased with her idea, she grabbed an envelope and quill, quickly writing Ashe's name on it and throwing a handful of hearts into it before sealing it. If Ashe wasn't quite prepared to pay attention to the fact that there were things between them that needed resolving, then at least Ran could show her how she felt... even if it was anonymously. There was something romantic about it, after all~ even if it was some candy hearts in an envelope. An envelope which now had a pink ribbon tied around it. (A girl had to add a certain touch to it, after all~)

Quietly whispering a charm, she tapped the envelope lightly with her wand and smiled as it disappeared. Said envelope should be appearing on Ashe's desk almost immediately. Rangiku left her wand on her desk and meandered over to the fireplace before flumping down into a chair. "Long day," was all she said as she threw another of the candied hearts into her mouth.
