Winter had brought snow, and snow meant only one thing to Tommy: imitating his childhood copies of Calvin & Hobbes. It was a tradition for him, one the neighborhood back home was well used to, and he had no intention of stopping just because he was getting older and attending Hogwarts. That just meant his creatures should be more spectacular than ever.
He started with the classic headless snowman to start, littering the ground by its feet with its own head and rotini noodle, pink-colored brains. Satisfied his sculpting ability was increasing, he dusted off his hands and set to start on something bigger: a tentacle monster. He noted what he was doing in his journal and then began rolling up a massive ball for the head as he waited for others to join him.
