WHO: Artie Abrams dancnwithmyself and Tina Cohen-Chang topangainglee LOCATION: Ravenclaw common room WEEK: 74 TIME: Any evening WHAT: Homework and awkwardness RATING: G, most likely
Tina smiled and stuck her tounge out at him, "No, I've just been p-p-practicing my p-procrastination. It's a v-very important trait." Even if she was joking, which she was, it was still rather true. One minute she'd be about to do her homework and the next she was doing something different. Like daydreaming, or singing, or both. she'd become very good at it.
Artie laughed at her. "Well, I suppose some things don't change," he said. "How's the practise going?" Tina had obviously had a good day, if she was in this jovial mood.
"It's going good! I'm b-better with another p-p-person, but it's good," she looked through her stack of homework for something she actually felt like doing first, and settled on something she'd already half-finished instead, "and you? How are you d-doing?"
"Procrastination is always better when you don't have to do it alone," he laughed at her. He hunted through his own homework, settling on the smallest amount first. "I'm fine. Same as what I was at breakfast, though a little more awake, maybe. You?"
"Easier at least!" once again she stuck her tounge out at him. Sure, it was a little childish, but he was laughing at her! "Just m-maybe? But I'm t-t-totally the same. Can't wait for F-friday!"
He raised an eyebrow at her sticking her tongue out, but then burst out laughing himself. He loved their easy going friendship. "Me too," he agreed. "Seems so far away, though."
Now Tina was laughing with him, they really were rather awesome together, "Probably for the b-best, a bunch of this stuff is due on Friday!" Maybe she didn't wish it was Friday then, maybe just tonight on an infinite loop would be okay. Nothing but hanging out with Artie and maybe doing some homework if they remembered seemed like a pretty good idea.
she'd become very good at it.
