Tina heard her. She'd been planning to just talke a walk and go back inside because there was nothing to do today, but now she found herself rearanging her plans. It sucked to have to build a snowman by yourself, expecially if you'd dressed up for it!
"H-Hi," she waved a little akwardly, "I'll b-b-build a snowman with you."

Lilo forgot there was still people around and for some reason, the people here were a lot nicer than they were back on Hawaii. Maybe because they accepted weird things like blue dogs more readily than young muggle girls. So Lilo, in her Christmas glory, turned around to see the older girl and smiled up at her. "Okay!"

"I'm T-t-t-Tina," she stuttered the word out and looked at the...blue dog that was chilling on the steps next to her, "Is this y-your dog?" It was a little weird, sure, but hey- it's Hogwarts. Plus, Tina had a soft spot for blue, it being her favorite color and all.

Grinning over at the small blue dog, Lilo nodded, "Yep, that's my dog, Stitch." The little guy was sitting with snow falling on his head and having to shake it off now and then. "I'm Lilo."

Tina bent down to try and pet Stich, "He's really c-c-cute." It was true, the blue dog dressed up to match Lilo was the most adorable thing she'd seen in a while.

Stitch's only reply to her was to duck away slightly from the hand that approached and when it patted him on the head, grumble under his breath before swatting away.

"Don't be offended by him," Lilo stated, "It takes him a while to get used to strangers."

"That's o-okay," Tina stuck her tounge out at Stich before turning back to Lilo and the snowmman issue, "What did you w-wanna make the snowman l-l-look like?"

Stitch had returned to gesture back at the girl while Lilo was turned away, thinking about the ideas. "I want to make a big snowman family! So it'll be like my family is here with me."

Tina nodded, kind of touched but not wanting to pry into Lilo's private buissiness, "We can d-d-do that! They can m-match and everything."

"Yay!" Lilo cheered as she grabbed Stitch by the hand and dragged him into the snow with her while he sputtered and cursed.

Tina has started gathering snow for the bottom part of the biggest snowman and looked up to see the scene, "Are you s-s-sure he wants to be out here?"

Lilo picked up a small ball of snow and packed it tightly in her hand. "He's just nervous because he's never seen snow before."

"That m-m-makes sense," Tina finished the biggest base and started to roll up the torso for it. She wasn't sure if she'd be able to get it up there using only Tina-power, but that was the perks of being a witch. Levitation was a cinch! "People tell me to try n-new things all the time. Most of the time I d-d-don't."

"Why not?" Lilo asked curiously, "You never know what it's like until you try it. You could be missing out on something fun!" Like when her and Stitch first attempted driving. It was a lot of fun!

Up until they got yelled at for Stitch driving it into the ocean.

"That's w-what I've been told! I'm trying new things n-now, though, so it c-c-counts, right?" It'd been going really well, actually. She'd even started wondering why she hadn't tried this stuff earlier.
