Tomoyo had some bits and piece that she had left down the stairs in the common room since the Hufflepuff second year dorms can only fit so much of her fabrics that she had brought with her from home. She was in the middle of creating a new costume for the season that they were in as a form of good will and all that.

She walked towards the common room step by step, getting ever so closer each time as once she got to the room, she tilted her head, noticing that there was someone else in the room as well and they seemed to be a little distant, or at least deep in thought.

Deciding it would be a good time to try and not disturb them she started to make her way around, going to the place she had put her stuff for the time being.

Suddenly, Botan startled slightly and turned her head towards Tomoyo. She was used to the hustle and bustle of people, had been for a great deal of years, but every so often she would catch an aura - if you will - or notice something else and it would spark her interest. Some would of attributed this fact to being a ghost, but the truth was that she had had this sort of intuition and sensitivity since she was a child.

"Hello, Tomoyo!", Botan smiled happily, curiously glancing at the young Hufflepuff. She had always enjoyed talking to Tomoyo, ever since she met her. She was a talented young girl with such a wonderful personality. "What are you up to?"

Tomoyo turned her head slightly at the sound of her name being called, turning the look she had in to a smile, she must of snapped out of whatever thought she was in at that moment, as she turned around to face her for the moment, answering her question as well.

"Hello there, I'm just getting some fabrics that I needed for a couple outfits, but I might finished the designs down here since there is more room here than there is in the Dorm room."

"That sounds like a great idea. What sort of outfits were you making?" Botan asked, a curious look to her face. She had seen a couple of the Halloween costumes the young girl had made, they had both looked quite professionally done. She was interested in seeing just what Tomoyo was creating now and couldn't fault her decision for choosing the common room over the dorms. As cozy as the dorms were, they just didn't have the room in them for the bigger projects.

Her hands swiftly made their way to her face as she was in one of her cheery ways when it came to talking about her designs, she enjoyed doing them and recently she had the time to be able to get on with the work ever so often and was hoping that if she finished soon she would be able to send them back home to Sakura her best friend.

A glow in her eyes and a huge smile on her face, Tomoyo started to talk about what designs she had in mind, or at least talk about what she was planning.

"There just a couple of outfits that I suddenly had an idea from a few nights ago that I must do before they leave my head again."

"Oh really? What are they like?" Botan pressed onward, curiosity getting the best of her. It was a great deal hard not to be curious, not when the young girl before her seemed so excited and talked about her work with such enthusiasm.

As she floated a bit closer, a part of her hoped that Tomoyo wouldn't mind if she at least watched her work. She hadn't seen anyone work upon clothes in a while and had always found the process fascinating, whether by magical means or not.

lol, It's a good icon and funny. adoressakura December 14 2010, 15:40:23 UTC
She had managed to settle herself down long enough to be able to realise she needed to bring her drawings down here if she were to continue to do the said costumes down here as she laughed slightly. "I'll answer your question in a minute, I seem to have forgotten all my drawings and left them in the dorm."

She smiled as she started to make her way back to the Hufflepuff second year dorm to be able to then get al the stuff that she needed, mainly drawings and a couple of bits that could be added on to the design later on if she felt like it was a good idea.

Once she got back to the common room she went and started to sort out one of the tables that were around, ready for her to start with the making instead of just the drawing of the designs. Tomoyo smiled as she sat down in the chair, ready to start as she first got a piece of material that she was going to use and started to measure. "Okay, if you want to know anything about what I'm doing you're free to ask."

Botan nodded, a pleasant smile on her face as she floated close to the table Tomoyo was working at to watch her at her craft. It was always nice to see someone partake in something they loved and watching the younger girl go about her work with such delight was very enjoyable.

"Hmm~ What's that stitching called that you just did?" the blue haired ghost asked, tilting her head to the side slightly. She had seen many stitches done, but this appeared to be something different or at least a newer technique than when she had last seen someone tailor and create clothes.

She gently cute through the fabric, making the size and shape right from marking it before. Once she finished she had started to sew the two piece of fabric together and it started to show that it was slowly turning into what appeared to be a shirt.

In the middle of a stitch she turned her head and smiled at being asked what the stitch was called, as she was polite enough to answer "t's called a 'slip stitch' it's useful for putting clothes together rather than some others that are useful for other things such as embroidering."

Botan nodded, listening carefully to Tomoyo's words and kept to the side, out of the way as she watched the younger girl work. It was wonderful to see the shirt begin to take place. There was such detail and care going into each action. She, surprisingly, had no other questions as Tomoyo continued on with her craft.
