How this will work, is that professors who wish to hold an OOC log post a thread for each year of their classes, labelled with the year and class. Spell Theory and Creation [All Years]

He's been preoccupied the last few weeks. He's mostly focused again. Let's get some teaching done!

Years 3-5

He has the kids learning about healing spells. Perhaps working with the proper wording and intonations to do minor burn spells.

Somehow Ed is going to end up with healing spell that surrounds the individual with fire as it heals. That...doesn't seem quite right. She'll try again and now the fire isn't burning it's intended dummy. 8D

Pointers she might just ignore. Being healed by a fire that doesn't burn you sounds pretty damn awesome to her. 8D She...might want to continue practicing it. 8|

Years 6-7

He figures the kids need some excitement. And maybe something a little lighter after everything that's happened recently. So he has them reviewing a bit about exploding/fire spells before creating a few in controlled environments. No, it isn't a coincidence the younger years are doing healing spells.

Yeah, she's on this like a stereotypical Chinese kid boss, Professor. Probably even has a lot of ones made that weren't in the review.

...don't ask why some are in the form of dragons.

Very good. He's impressed with her knowledge. He makes a note that perhaps he can step up his later courses.

\o/ Stepping up the courses will not go without appreciation. She doesn't play favourites with her class, but ... Yes. This is one of her most well liked.

She'll follow up the dragons with some playing fox kits that burst into butterflies. :3

While it is tempting to go for a larger explosion spell just to see if he could could up with something really big since he is inside… and he doesn’t want to hurt anyone or the school itself… you get a much smaller more controlled version. More of an amusing smoke bomb really, with green smoke and diminutive secondary explosions to make it sparkle like glitter.

It's very nice. Castiel certainly appreciates not causing damage to the school or other people.

Oh, this is pretty rad! Erza's pleased, and it shows.

She could do a really massive explosion, but she's not going to do any property damage while in school. So she makes a series of firecracker-looking explosions: one in the shade of her hair that looks like a butterfly, one in the Hufflepuff colors -- it appears to be a badger. A bronze one that resembles her Buneary, and lastly, her Fairy Tail symbol, in bright blue.

Lilith's pretty good at this. She casts a spell to form what appears to be a green diamond. The inside glows with white flame. It's very pretty.

She'll tap it to make it explode into diamond dust shortly thereafter.
