Herbology Tutoring! (Years 1-5) radiant_flowers September 6 2010, 09:19:31 UTC

The damage done to her greenhouses is devastating. Aerith is attempting to pick up the pieces, but she isn't back to one hundred percent herself. Her usual cheerfulness is somewhat lacking - though that shouldn't be surprising. Still, if someone were to push the right buttons, she might just get angry.

Is the world ending?

Never-mind that for now. She would love to tutor anyone who comes along though she might try to rope you into helping her repair the greenhouses. Feel free to stop on by!

When she grows too weary to continue repairing her beloved plants' home, Aerith heads back to her office and starts grading papers. Don't be scared to peek in and pay a visit/ask for help or just take a breather. She will make tea for you! Or hot chocolate. Yum.

Fang is all bandaged and stuff, and moving slow, and should probably be resting, but lol good luck telling her that. :|a

Rinoa was one of those students that took Herbology for as long as she was required to, then used the time slot for a class she thought was more interesting... although, she's not here for tutoring.

"Hey." She came around looking a little shy. "I... I'm not in your class, but I wanted to help... you know..." She was dressed for work, jeans and an old t-shirt that has seen better days, and her hair pulled back into a ponytail. "I guess I could help tutoring the younger kids too." She wasn't awful at Herbology when she was in the class over a year ago, so she could be helpful!

At first, Aerith was confused to see Rinoa. But, once she caught onto the reason why Rinoa had arrived, she couldn't help but smile tiredly. Waving her over, she dusted off her hands and nodded.

"I could use the help."

Which was an understatement. There was debris everywhere and numerous plants needed to be re-potted.

"I think..." she hummed, "We should start with the debris and then move to the plants. They should be okay for a little while."

Especially since she was sprinkling magical rain on them at frequent intervals.

Rinoa tried to smile, but instead it looked like a small grimace before she turned away from Aerith with a nod of her head.

With a task given to her, she pulled her wand out from where it had been stuck through the back beltloops of her jeans. "Expulsum." And one after another she cast Banishment charms to send the debris to make a pile in a cleared area of scorched earth outside of the greenhouses.

Using the spell repeatedly didn't seem a problem at all, mostly because it was one that she used frequently, and she worked in silence for a long time. Which was a far cry from her usual behavior, but her mood after the attack on the school has been far from usual.
