The obvious noise of shuffling and awkward jerking enough of a tell-tale sign of other creatures in the kitchens with them. "So, uh. You didn't exactly look really well when you came in for cake, did you?"

She let out a soft growl, irritated as the others broke through. How in the world did this happen without them hearing them at all? Glowering, Catty grabbed a frying pan, smacking it hard into the face of the poor reanimated body of a woman in a tacky pants suit. "We need to get more out in the open."

The cough that was heard was enough to cause Catty to freeze up, eyes slowly drifting to the corner. "Galatea..." The hideous thing shuffled partially into view.
And then before she could react properly, the tongue had wrapped around her body and was dragging her through the corpses. A yelp died in her throat at the sudden action.

She coughed, covering her mouth from the smoke, eyes watering. "Goddess, these things are so disgusting," Catty whined, waving her other hand to clear the air. "I can't wait to get rid of them all." Head tilted up, she gave Galatea a smirk; all was good here.

A flash of cold fear and disgust went through her veins at the gurgling sound; it wasn't something she was particularly going to forget anytime soon, since one of the same bloated monsters had barfed all over her. Before it had the chance, Catty was watching it fly down the staircase, and she breathed a sigh of relief before blasting another fire spell to make a path through the horde.
[LOLOLOLOLOL sudden urge to watch 300 again swiftly rising]
