[Sakura is too busy reading the same paragraph over and over accidentally to notice her manfriend's manoeuvrings. As a result she kind of jumps about a foot in the air when he drops down next to her] Wh - Dionysus? [BRB being distracted by that smile. A surprised laugh] What are you doing here?

[Her face relaxes out of its frown as she shakes her head at him] Hah hah. How did you get in? [She winces very slightly, realising she probably should have giving him the password before now]

Ah. [And here she tucks a lock of hair behind her ear, embarrassed and pleased all at once] Thank you, it - I'm fine, really. Or will be. How are you doing? [She doesn't look fine, Didi]

There goes the entire point of the password system. [she stifles a yawn and sets the books aside, sliding sideways slightly to lean against him. She may or may not be aware that she just did that]

[Aaaah, she recognises that tone] Me? Now why would you think something like that about a person like me? [She nudges him slightly, smiling wryly] Flatterer. And no, I'm more - worried, I suppose. I really hate it when the school gets like this.

Mm, but you're a Slytherin. Not to be trusted. [mmm, comfy boyfriend. She threads her fingers through his idly and tugs his arm closer around her shoulders]

I don't get that bad. [a pause] Often. There's just a lot going on right now, is all. [She sounds a little more subdued, now] It does. And I just - it's a hard thing to accept that, no matter what I do, some people are going to find it in them to hate me, despite my skills and the type of person I am...I don't see why I should have to accept it, but when it gets like this, I sometimes wonder if it might not be easier to.

I...[she shifts slightly and then sighs herself] It's a symptom of the greater problem though. I feel like if I just accept that, I'm...accepting that problem as something that can't ever be fixed. And I don't want to believe that.

On not running away? [A pause, as she twists her head to look over at him] Good. I'm glad.

[She taps a scar with one finger before turning it over and having a look and dragging his other hand over for comparison.] No, I'm after your money and prestige. Obviously. [She's trying to joke, but it falls flat. It's clearly an accusation that's been levelled against her at some point] You always wear this ring.
