[Normally Setsuna would never do this, but she promised Komachi, and apparently girls were not supposed to were tuxedos to these sort of events. Lacking any knowledge of how to dress femininely, she has turned to her only hope.

She pokes her head inside the room, looking slightly uncomfortable, as if she is an intruder in a place she does not belong]

Um, Kramer-sama, hello? I am here to see about possibly borrowing a dress, if it is not too much trouble?"

[Edea looks up and smiles at Setsuna. She is v. v. friendly, it is okay, Setsuna!]

It's no trouble at all! [She stands and motions toward the AWESOME MAGICAL DRESS RACK in the back of the office.] Do you have an idea of what you might like?

[But she's a important woman, and Setsuna is just a servant!]

If you are certain. [Apologetic bow] I am sorry, I do not. I have not worn many dresses.

I am, and none of that. It makes me feel weird. [SMILEY SMILEY.] All right, then, how about I help you pick something? [To the AWESOME MAGICAL DRESS RACK she motions. (~._.)~ Going through the dresses... pulling out a few... holding them up.] Do any of these look nice to you? You can try them on, if you'd like.

[She is, she just refuses to recognize that fact]

Of course Kramer-dono, my apologies. [Serious face] That would be most appreciated. [Have a blank uncomfortable stare.] I, um, cannot be certain. What makes a dress nice?

Ah... [Okay, forget it, let her be formal. ...And wow, she really doesn't know anything about dresses. WELL THEN, Edea will just roll up her sleeves and help out.] A lot of things, according to fashion, but you should just go with what looks most appealing to you. Let's start with length. Would you feel more comfortable in something long, or short?

[Think think think] A short dress would allow for superior freedom of movement, but might also display an inappropriate amount of skin [And make it harder to conceal weapons]. Perhaps a long dress would be preferable.

Edea may raise an eyebrow. A little.] All right... [She rifles through the MAGICAL RACK OF MAGICAL DRESSES AND BEAUTIFUL MAGICALLNESS, pulling out a few longer ones.] Do any of these appeal to you? Don't pay attention to color, we can change that easily.

[She feels her priorities are in the right place]

[Peruses dresses, totally clueless, until finally she pulls out one that seemed both covering and possessing freedom of movement in a combat situation.] Would this be satisfactory?

Oh, yes! That is one of my favorites. It'll look lovely on you. [Thoughtful pause.] What do you think of navy blue?

[Points toward MAGICAL CHANGING SCREEN OF AWESOMENESS AND PRIVACY.] You can try it on behind that, and then I can adjust the size and we can think about color, hmm?

I see. I will be sure to take the best care possible of it, on my honor as a w...a woman. [Blink blink] It is good camouflage for night operations, it allows one to blend into the background and shadows.

Very well, thank you. [Heads behind the screen and quickly and professionally changes, though her bindings do have to be unwrapped and folded. After that she shimmy's into the dress and gets it all adjusted before stepping back out with a light blush] Is it suitable?

[Edea had to work very hard not to laugh at Setsuna's seriousness. It was endearing, but she didn't want to make the girl more uncomfortable than she clearly was.] I'm sure you will. [Blink blink.] I... see. Do you often need to blend in?

[She waits while Setsuna changes, and looks her up and down when she emerges.] It's very nice. We'll need to take it in a few places, but it should turn out nicely.

[Oh right, dammit her cover. Blast, what do these teenage girls do?] Sometimes my obligations back home require me to be able to blend into the background. [Nice save, she'll never guess you're a professional bodyguard/demon slayer now]

[Feeling her cheeks redden slightly at Edea's complement, she struggles with how to react] It is...nice. I will have to find shorts to wear under it though.

[She's not buying it, but she's not one to pry, so she's gonna let it go. For now.] Ah, that's not... uncommon.

If you have no objections, I can do the fitting now, and you can return the dress after the ball, to give yourself to find something to wear underneath.
