Adjusting his book some, there's a sigh that leaves Ruka as he moves along toward the spot he's been coming to for a few days now in order to study without being distracted by a) all the voices and b) all the stray thoughts that came with being in a busy place like this castle. He's a little surprised as he picks up a voice and by the sound of it a close one, simply shrugging it off and figuring it wouldn't be surprising for other students to be out here for varying reasons themselves.

Glancing toward the person once she was in sight, briefly tilting his head before looking forward once again and continuing along.

Kobato looked up slightly dusting the quill on her face as she spotted someone. Upon spotting them she raised her hand that was by the ink pot and the ink going everywhere, all of her things, her bag and also, Ioryogi himself.

She froze in place looking down at the not ink stained toy dog, "I'm sorry Ioryogi," she saw as he seemed to be ready with hitting her with a fire ball attack, with what appeared to be the only one word of 'Dobato' as soon an sudden fireball hit her, sending her flying a few feet, landing her her front.

"I said I was sorry Ioryogi...I won't do it again," she muttered as she looked up again, still seeing the boy "Oh hell there,"

Ruka really didn't think much of her talking, though he did have a brief moment of wondering just who she might be talking to. The only other thing he had seen had been that stuffed toy and it--

He tenses visibly and looks understandably surprised at the sudden fireball that was exploding behind him where that girl that girl had been. Turning on his heels and just, really, observing the sight.

Definitely not going any closer. "... Hello."

She just sat up, like nothing had happened, wiping herself down, as she stood up with a smile on her face. "I haven't seen you around here before, my name is Kobato Hanato, it's nice to meet you."

She spoke glancing at her he had on him, "Oh so are you doing work as well, what work is it?" she spoke turning her head slightly looking over at Ioryogi who hadn't moved from his spot at all, still everything covered in ink that she had only moment ago had got everywhere.

"I need to get more ink, I accidentally knocked mine everywhere and now Ioryogi needs a good wash." She was now muttering to herself looking down, because she knew he wouldn't make it easy.
