OH HAY YOU GUYS GROUP PROJECT TIME!!!

And no, Hades is most definitely not combining the classes because he's a lazy jerk. Not at all. He just wants you guys to have ~*~fun~*~

Your assignment for today is to recreate the battle of Lenshenscireopolis through the use of something creative. Like a diarama. Kids love diaramas, right? Anyways, it was a Very Important Battle and Hades expects you to know all about it despite the fact that it might not have actually happened.

Have fun.

Oh yeah, and it's worth a quarter of your grade.

Well, if Zak wasn't convinced before that the entire class system was specifically designed so he would fail, he believes it now.

He is just going to give you this horrified look until Hades takes it back.

Ruby is so excited because he's going to show off his artistic skill!

He somehow ropes Zak into helping him plan costumes for reenacting the battle. Keep in mind, Ruby has no idea what this battle is about or when/where/why it occurred. This doesn't stop him from designing the most badass-looking costumes ever created.

Wanting to look like he's doing something, Zak helps Ruby as best he can. Unfortunately, he has no artistic skill and has never planned out an outfit beyond picking out clothes from a closet, so his contribution basically amounts to 'Mmhmm' and 'That looks cool!'

He will not admit to himself that it does, in fact, look cool.

Him and his big mouth. Seeing it on paper is one thing, but he already loses enough dignity in this class even with normal clothes!

"Maybe we should, uh...do an artistic rendition instead! You like art, right? Didn't we have enough people in costumes last weekend?" Although the badass costumes are still way cooler than mini-skirts.

Fair enough. Zak would probably keep complaining about it, except he has no idea what the battle they're dramatizing actually is and assumes Ruby knows what he's doing.

BUT YOU'RE GOING TO WEAR ONE OF THESE TOO, RIGHT? And there will be a strict no-pictures rule enforced. :|

Ruby, for his part, has elements of the Iron Age and Bronze Age mixed up, but he determines:

~the battle took place in Ancient Greece where EVERYONE WAS A ROMAN except the lions who ate wizards that were thrown to them
~no one was actually hurt in the battle
~the goddesses Aphrodite and Athena came down their very selves to stop the fighting and mandate that everyone be beautiful and excellent to each other
~AND EVERYONE IN LENSHENSCIREOPOLIS WAS HAPPY

And of course he's going to wear one! AND WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT, PICTURES ARE THE BEST PART! Ruby's already got a special album prepared for his portfolio of this particular project. :DDD

It's official, Ciel hates Hades class. He's fairly certain Hades made that battle up and on top of it the professor insists on treating them like children! He does his best to mask his displeasure, mentally envisioning siccing his butler on the flameheaded lunatic. Not that he would

Komachi isn't really thrilled with this class either. Or with Hades. She's never heard of any battles outside of her little island before, so she wouldn't know if it was made up or not.

Looking at Komachi, Ciel wonders if that suggestion of working together was legitimate or not. Deciding that it was and not wishing to make all this stuff up himself he surprisingly consents.

An excellent question, indeed. Considering the battle may in fact be entirely fictional, none of them can pass this assignment.

Visualizes a completely blank posterboard, and the accompanying explaination..... that would not go over well either.

If they resort to a diarama, then it should at least be an animated one via magic.
