Shalice came early to make sure she wouldn't be stuck in a seat near Lulu and/or Rangiku. When she sees either of them, she will blush and look pointedly elsewhere. Probably very obviously, if anyone would like to note this.

She hopes everyone is doing well, and says something to Hades about NOT TAKING POINTS FROM HER STUDENTS FOR NO REASON, OMG. While she says this, she does a little airkeytar.

It isn't all that hard to pick up on the restrictive tension in the room, presently, but Madam Red decides against making it any of her business. It wouldn't be right to gossip at a Meeting, &besides, that could be done later, in private, so that her interrogative techniques could be put to use. Chuckling quietly, she takes a seat off to the side. In only a couple of minutes Madam Red is bored, but she tries to keep that from being plainly obvious by occasionally nodding at her colleagues.

Alyss is unsure of the tension in the room, but as someone who has sat in on war councils before, she isn't put off by it. Instead she takes a seat, looking imperious, and listens to the others.

She does wonder, though, if love potions are a frequent thing around Hogwarts, since she had never encountered them before.

Joy would like to remark that they are not as common as hangover or headache potions are around here.

Trust her. She brews six of each a day.

It sounds as though the students and staff should try relaxing more if they're in need of such potions. She smiles and sips from the cup of tea she brought with her.

Hades says that he took points away for a perfectly valid reason. He felt like it.

Then he hates himself for recognizing that the airkeytar is the riff from "Love Will Tear Us Apart"

"Because he felt like it" is not a perfectly valid reason. As Head of Gryffindor, Shalice will be restoring those points.

Ass.

If she must know, little Lizzie was doodling while in class.

Hades wonders if Shalice always restores points that are rightfully deducted just because the student's a member of her House.

She was also taking notes.

Shalice wonders if all of Hades' classes are so easy and slow that students have time to doodle while they take their notes.

So? She was also doodling. Hades has made it as clear as he can that doodling won't be tolerated. 'Sides, does Shalice have bonafide evidence that ickle Izzie was taking notes during the lecture?

Hades is gonna take that as a yes. Oh, Shalice, favoritism's a look that really doesn't suit you.

Luxord decides not to comment on the fact that Gryffindor is currently 35 points AHEAD of Slytherin and that this point seems moot coming from Shalice.

However, he does look like he wants to say SOMETHING. But if asked directly will decline politely

Unlike her mun, Leia shows up on time! Having not attending a staff meeting before, she's content just to listen for the most part. Although she would suggest that safety precautions are put in place with the pits caused by the ghost Pokemon, as they are quite painful to fall into.

Tsunade enters the staff meeting late, but hey, she's still trying to get a drink in before she's back to teaching unpack, so cut her some slack.

She looks around the room and gives a big sigh before asking, in a pained and sort of dreading voice, "What'd I miss?"
