Ty Lee proudly presents her tapestry of life-- it is full of sunshine, butterflies, and sparkles!!! There is also a bear doing a cartwheel for some reason.
She sadly grabbed the wrong gloves, however, and presents a fuzzy pink mitten.
He applauds her on her work, his gloved hands literally clapping a bit excitedly, before he points at the fact he sees not tragedy, despite all those lovely dovey wonders all over that page.
That is unless she can explain what it means.
He huffs at the mitten, shaking his head. Apologizes, but wrong!
He explains that even though tragedy is depressing, it goes well with any elements of the play, and instead of sticking to the norms of your life, you are here to act, and thus pertaining to any role needed. Everyone has some tragedy in their life.

Grell is feeling generous to those that have stayed with him thus far throughout the years, giving his advanced students a special treat. Blending magic and art is now a common place. Whether for someone elses entertainment, or merely to be in disguise, the perfect role is always obtainable.

Grell stumbles out of that ripped down curtain and stands up, stammering in a panic about how he's not lost, but here to teach a class, already trying to hand out assignments

That idiot is now flailing at the torn down curtain, trying to put it back up with the rope, his foot getting caught when is hoisted up, panicing as he stammers and shrills and hangs upside down.
