Well, it was hard to tell just how long he was waiting, seeing as the young man was busy looking at the bears. They really did remind him of Duel Monsters! Sure, he was only able to play the Muggle Incarnation of Duel Monsters, seeing as his mother didn't want a lot of magical objects in the house (due to the rather obvious effects that they would hold on the machinery), but when he was at his Grampa's store he played the Wizard version all the time, and it was a lot of fun!
Though his grampa always won. But he'd beat him someday! He wanted to be a game master too, after all! And be cool, just like his grampa!
At the sound of his voice, Yuugi squeaked (rather unmanly, too, but sometimes you have to make sacrifices), turning around to stare at the young woman who was waving her journal at him.
Wooooooowwwwww, she was so tall! And pretty! And she was so nice in the journal!
Was this really what a lady wizard looked like? She looked prettier than Dark Magician Girl!
He remembered himself and waved, shyly.

"Hello," she said easily, walking over to him and fiddling with her hair in an absent-minded manner, "Are you feeling alright? You didn't get hurt or anything?"

She was so cool! Confident and straightforward, too! She reminded him of that pretty girl that he saw in Kindergarten, who was always scaring the boys...except Jaina was taller and cooler, and was talking to him. Were all witches this cool?
He hoped that everyone was like this when he went to school. It'd be great!
Why couldn't he be twelve sooner?!

That sounded a little scary. Well, if he was a headmaster, he'd be big and strong, right? Sort of like his dad? That's what he imagined headmasters to look like, anyway...his principal at his school was like that, and he was always with this scary look in his face...
So...
Yuugi swallowed, but nodded. Jaina was with him, right? He'd be okay! She'd protect him from any mean people who'd try to eat him!
Besides, if Jaina was nice, maybe the Headmaster was nice?
Yuugi held his hand out, as if he was asking for Jaina to take it. That's what people did when they were guided, right? He always held his mom's hand when he went out.
"U-Um. Okay..."

She was a little worried though, even if she didn't want to admit it. Yuugi was obviously not a usual guest at Hogwarts, and he was far too young to be a student. Those two facts together made her deduct that this was his first time being in the castle, something that unsettled her. Why would someone his age be at Hogswarts if they weren't a family member to the faculty? Something wasn't right here, and she was going to get to the bottom of it.
Banishing her worries, she turned to face Yuugi more fully, "You're very brave you know," she said sincerely, "This place is really scary to someone who's never been here before."
