[For a brief moment, it seems as if Belle doesn't even hear him and then suddenly looks up. Spying the journal, she hears the last bits of his sentence coming from it, she rushes forward and takes the journal into her hands. The bookcase dancing around the room, now tossing books in the air. Frantically;]
Who-- you can open the door?
[For a brief moment she startles. She could get out of here? Really? Hopeful! ...and then she winces as the bookcase tosses a book at a flower vase and it breaks.]
