004 ♣ Private | Letter sent to the Ministry
I am writing in regards to the recent incident here at Hogwarts. Upon hearing of the invading army of Inferi, I dispatched an owl containing a message requesting permission for Hellsing to exercise its authority in the approaching fight. However, I believe that letter never reached the Ministry, or went unanswered in the resulting chaos. Without a verdict, I was moved to act on my own accord, and disobeyed edicts from staff to refrain from assisting. I offer for this no apologies and no regrets.
I do, however, request that permission to be granted retroactively, and extended to future circumstances of a nature dealing with the undead. I would prefer not to have to navigate bureaucratic hoops in order to exercise the duties of the Hellsing order. Our organization has done exemplary service for the Wizarding World for centuries; I should be deeply disappointed to see that service forgotten.
