I think we've all felt, by this point, the evil aura stirring in the area... No... all over the Isles. Somehow I feel we would be much better suited putting up far more wards than we have at this point, because all I can tell at this point ( Read more... )

Such time has passed enough that I am not entirely sure what senses of mine remain from my days as an elf and those I have gained since my return from the grave... but. It may just be so.

Then my suspicions were correct. Inferi, raised from the graves of muggles to avoid publicity in wizarding news. The dead animals, though...one would not be searching so far and wide for organs to use in the rituals. [Unless this was the only place with easy-to-reach unicorns...which still doesn't make sense, give the protections on school grounds.]

... I would definitely agree to your suspicion. And us, caught so quickly by it with naught to do but fortify and prepare to defend.

... I am not certain, but there is no such thing as too much caution; especially not when the situation is as dire as this. Hmm... perhaps. Or perhaps they are using them to build their army of undead. After all, animal corpses are easier to come by than human ones.

Would that more undead have your clarity of mind. The Headmaster must be informed at once, though I expect he knew already.
