I'd like to extend my congratulations to all our professors who have recently been promoted to Head of House. Washu, Tifa, and now Grell; I am sure you will all fulfill your roles admirably. I have spoken with Shalice, as well, as she has said she'd be glad to help any of you get used to your new leadership positions.
Though we have, especially in recent times, sought to embrace unity over sticking strictly to ones own House, we must remember that each House also has particularly admirable qualities. Each of your Heads of House are fine examples of these strengths. I ask that you treat them with respect, and work together with them - staff and students alike.
