[The video turns on and shows a very frantic Aerith. She is running around one of the Greenhouses, barely avoiding some rather...active plants.]

What's going on with you?!

[She is knocked sideways by a surprisingly strong plant.]

K-Kadaj? I d-don't know how to -

[There is a crash.]

Me neither but I'll be a good human shield!

[He's going to run there at this time.]

I won't get hurt. I'm invincible.

N-No you're not! [Aerith is hiding under a table with a shovel.] Get another Professor!

We become invincible when we're fighting for someone we care about. At least the best of us do. [That's him kicking the door open and lifting his wand while shouting the first thing that comes to mind.]

Lictum vesica! [Several blades are conjured and fly at the plants.]

[radiant_flowers]

[Aerith shakes her head, knowing that she would find his words charming in just about any other situation. But these plants were her babies. She had to protect them somehow.

But she needed to protect Kadaj too.]

No! [She cries when she sees the blades. Diving out of the way, she resurfaces on the other side of the table. Blocking any blows with her now very handy shovel, the flower-girl makes her way over to Kadaj. Grabbing his arm, she tries to pull him to safety.]

You should be hiding! [Kadaj shouts the spell again to conjure more blades, but his aim goes wrong as Aerith starts to pull at him. He keeps his feet glued to the same spot.]

You run, and I'll fight!

[radiant_flowers]

This isn't a battle! There is something wrong with them! [But, really? What is Aerith going to do? She is a tiny woman.

She should get points for trying though.]

Kadaj, please?

[adventumangelus]

I'll never run away in a battle! [She gets lots of sparkly points! He hesitates and turns his attention on Aerith, unfortunately leaving him distracted and open.]

Why?

[radiant_flowers]

[Aerith has his back! ...maybe. She knocks one of her "babies" with the metal part of her shovel before answering.]

I don't want you to get hurt. You helped me escape. That's enough.

[adventumangelus]

[Kadaj tries dragging her in the direction of the door, directing the last of the blades at one of Aerith's 'babies".]

It is not!

[radiant_flowers]

[Aerith winces, clearly unhappy when the blades reach their target. This was over-kill!]

It is too! [She tried to shove him through the door with her. >8|]

[Kadaj doesn't conjure up more blades, for now.]

Is not! What if they follow you?! [But he does trip and fall on the ground outside when shoved. DX]

[...whew.]

They won't! See? There's a lock on this door. [Aerith squeaks when he falls over, but she follows him quickly and shuts the door behind her.]
