I am sure that you have noticed that several students are not pleased about being denied the trip to Hogsmede. It is not right to condemn them for being so young, and more importantly, do they not work just as hard as some of the older students, if not more so? With that having been said, I ask for your permission to arrange something for the first, and second, year students with help from the lovely Professor Fran.
